At Sellerdesign, we take pride in creating beautiful, fresh floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while accounting for the unique characteristics of floral products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged or with defective flowers, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no additional charge.
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Due to their perishable nature, floral arrangements cannot be returned after 24 hours. Custom arrangements made to specific customer specifications are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
